KhumaloCo is the investment holding firm founded and led by Andile Khumalo, a seasoned entrepreneur and Chartered Accountant (South Africa) with over 20 years of finance and business experience.

 

Andile started his career at Deloitte and in 2002 he joined Investec as an investment banker after which, he started a few businesses and joined as partner at MSG Afrika in 2007. After spending 11 years as a shareholder and COO of the media & communications group, he exited MSG Afrika to start KhumaloCo in 2018.

Andile has served in various non-executive roles over the years, including as a member of the Takeover Regulations Panel (TRP), a member of the Directorate of Market Abuse, a director of South African Airways (SAA), a director of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and President of the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants of Southern Africa (ABASA).

He is a Non-Executive Director of JSE-listed Metrofile Limited and a member of its Audit & Risk Committee and the Social & Ethics Committee. He is a Non-Executive Director of Airports Company South Africa SOC Limited (ACSA) and member of its Audit & Risk Committee, Social & Ethics Committee and the Board Investment Committee.
